Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account.

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open Aura Meet on your device.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in bottom navigation).
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap "Delete Account".
5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Email Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing:

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• ✅ Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
• ✅ All meeting transcriptions and summaries
• ✅ AI-generated insights and action items
• ✅ Copilot conversation history
• ✅ App preferences and settings

What Gets Retained

• 📄 Anonymized usage analytics (no personal identifiers)
• 💳 Subscription records with Apple/Google (managed by their platforms)

Important Notes

• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Data deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.
• If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.
