1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Aura Meet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aura Meet is an AI-powered meeting assistant that provides real-time audio transcription, AI-generated insights, smart summaries, and a conversational AI copilot. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Record conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent any technical limitations or access restrictions
  • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its outputs

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by Aura Meet and protected by intellectual property laws. Your meeting transcriptions and data remain your property.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free Plan: Basic features at no charge, subject to usage limits.
  • Pro Plan: Premium features available via subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, insights, and copilot responses are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or at aurameet.live/delete-account.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
